1 Nature of the Service

MintMyToken is a purely technical token minting service. The Platform enables users to submit token parameters and initiate a minting transaction on the Cardano blockchain on their behalf, in exchange for a service fee of 50 ADA.

The Platform does not issue securities, financial instruments, investment products, or any form of regulated asset. The Platform makes no representations regarding the value, utility, legality, or market reception of any token minted through it.

MintMyToken acts as a passive technical intermediary only. It does not review, approve, curate, or endorse the tokens created by its users.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether creating, minting, or distributing a token is lawful in your country or region. MintMyToken assumes no responsibility for your compliance or non-compliance with local law.

3 User Responsibility — Token Content and Use

You, the user, are exclusively and entirely responsible for:

• (a) The name, ticker, image, description, supply, decimals, and all other parameters of the token you request to mint;
• (b) The intended and actual use of the token after minting;
• (c) Any representations you make to third parties about the token, its value, or its utility;
• (d) Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to securities law, consumer protection law, anti-money laundering (AML) law, and financial services regulation;
• (e) Any harm, loss, financial damage, or reputational damage caused to third parties as a result of your token or your activities;
• (f) Any consequences arising from the immutability of the blockchain — once minted, a token cannot be deleted, recalled, or modified by MintMyToken.

4 Prohibited Uses

You expressly agree NOT to use this Service to mint tokens that are intended for, or used in connection with:

• (a) Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation of any kind toward any person or entity;
• (b) Impersonation of any existing cryptocurrency project, brand, company, individual, government, or official currency;
• (c) Pump-and-dump schemes, rug pulls, exit scams, or any manipulative trading activity;
• (d) Scams, phishing, social engineering, or theft of any kind;
• (e) Unlicensed securities offerings, investment schemes, or unregistered financial products;
• (f) Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any other illegal activity;
• (g) Infringement of any intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights of any third party.

MintMyToken reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities and to refuse service at its sole discretion without prior notice or obligation to provide a reason.

5 No Liability of MintMyToken

This includes, without limitation, any liability for:

• (a) Any token minted through the Platform, its content, name, image, or intended purpose;
• (b) Any fraud, scam, deception, financial loss, or damage caused by a token minted through the Platform;
• (c) Any harm, financial loss, or damage suffered by third parties as a result of tokens created by users of this Platform;
• (d) Any regulatory, legal, criminal, civil, or financial consequences arising from your use of the Service or from the tokens you create;
• (e) Any loss of ADA, tokens, or other digital assets arising from technical failures, blockchain congestion, wallet incompatibilities, incorrect information provided by you, or network errors;
• (f) Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business, profit, data, goodwill, or reputation.

MintMyToken is a passive technical intermediary. The user who initiates a minting request bears full and sole moral, legal, and financial responsibility for the token created and all consequences thereof.

6 Service Fee — Non-Refundable

The service fee of 50 ADA paid to initiate a minting request is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• User error in token parameters (wrong name, wrong supply, wrong receive address);
• Unsuccessful or failed minting due to incorrect information provided by the user;
• Technical issues on the Cardano blockchain outside MintMyToken's control;
• User change of mind before or after payment;
• Regulatory or legal issues in the user's jurisdiction.

7 No Guarantees

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

MintMyToken does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. Cardano blockchain transactions are subject to network conditions entirely outside MintMyToken's control. Transaction confirmation times may vary.

8 Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use all content you submit through this Platform, including token names, ticker symbols, images, and descriptions.

You further warrant that such content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party. MintMyToken assumes no liability for any intellectual property infringement arising from user-submitted content.

9 Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MintMyToken and its owner(s), operators, affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs) arising out of or related to:

• (a) Your use of the Service;
• (b) Any token you create through the Platform;
• (c) Your violation of these Terms;
• (d) Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• (e) Your violation of the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights;
• (f) Any claim by a third party that your token caused them harm or financial loss.

10 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the operator's jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11 Changes to These Terms

MintMyToken reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
